Intern - Regional UPSkill Enablement

About the role

Support Applied Materials South East Asia's UPSkill (Workforce Development) programs end‑to‑end, including capability insights, training evaluation, and delivery coordination. You will help build a future‑ready organization by turning learner feedback into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Run training evaluation cycles (surveys, feedback consolidation, segmentation) and translate findings into clear improvement actions.
• Analyze learner feedback and participant segments to identify trends, root causes, and prioritized recommendations.
• Support end‑to‑end program execution: annual work planning, scheduling, logistics, and post‑program follow‑ups.
• Create and update program communications and materials (slides, briefs, announcements) to drive awareness and participation.
• Track and report key KPIs (adoption, enrolment/completion, evaluation scores) and highlight risks, trends, and actions.
• Assist cross‑team initiatives such as HR partnerships, events, and ecosystem collaborations.
• Identify process or tool improvements that reduce rework and enhance the learner experience.

Required profile

• Ability to translate learner feedback and training data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong research and structured problem‑solving capability.
• Effective communication skills, including concise slide‑building and writing for learner engagement.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and follow through in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to drive impact in a regional workforce development setting.
