Intern - Shopper Science Lab & Customer Management

About the role

Haleon, a consumer healthcare company with brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin and Centrum, is offering one internship position in its Shopper Science Lab & Customer Management team. The team drives business growth and strategic customer engagement by unlocking shopper insights through technology, insights and analytics. The intern works closely with the APAC Commercial Excellence team and with the various APAC market teams and their customers. The preferred period is January 2027 to June/July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze shopper insights using the latest shopper research and technology, including eye-tracking and AI predictive assessment
• Assist in shopper research: develop testing methodology, run the research, analyze insights and share the report
• Help develop shelf solutions based on shopper understanding
• Work with the International Customer team to support customer projects for AS Watson and other key customers
• Organize customer meetings, covering logistics and content delivery
• Work with Key Account and Trade Marketing functions to develop content and use technologies such as VR and eye-tracking

Required profile

• Postgraduate student in Marketing, Business Administration or an equivalent field
• Interest in consumer healthcare science and shopper behavior
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems
• Well organized, detail oriented and able to work in culturally diverse teams

Required skills

• Proficiency in IT and software systems
• Understanding or interest in VR, AR, AI and eye-tracking
• Strong written and oral communication
