About the role

Join Grab's Singapore Transport team as a Strategy & Analytics Intern. You will support the Manager, Fulfilment & Demand in analysing large datasets to shape demand, supply and pricing strategies for the mobility business.

Key responsibilities

• Use strategic and analytics toolkits to deliver data‑driven business insights and recommendations (e.g., customer segmentation, demand/supply strategy, channel strategy).
• Analyse marketplace issues such as demand, supply and pricing to drive revenue, profit growth and service health.
• Collaborate with product, regional strategy, partner operations and marketing teams to implement strategic projects.
• Run A/B tests to refine and determine the best projects to launch.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team to solve business‑critical problems through rigorous analysis and big‑picture thinking.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university or graduate programme majoring in Economics, Statistics, Business, Information Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel (including complex functions) and data analysis.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
• Willingness to pick up SQL (Python is a bonus).
