Intern, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Grab's People Operations (Pops) Talent Acquisition team is looking for an intern to join its Singapore One North office. You will manage the hiring process and engage with a global talent workforce, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This is a full-time internship from January to June 2027, fully on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Gain experience across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer management.
• Assess candidates through structured screening and refine hiring criteria in hiring debriefs.
• Use recruitment platforms and AI tools to improve candidate engagement.
• Contribute to projects that optimise recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Arts & Social Science or a related field.
• Experience in team collaboration and contributing to group goals.
• Able to identify tasks and opportunities without waiting for assignments, and to manage processes and tasks to meet deadlines.
• An eye for detail, comfort speaking with candidates and building relationships.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
• Recruitment and candidate screening.
