Intern, Talent & Transformation (May 2027 Intake)

About the role

Marsh is looking for an intern to join its Talent and Transformation team within the People and Investments business, based in Singapore. The internship starts in May 2027 and is a hybrid arrangement with at least three days a week spent in the office. You will work on consulting projects and help turn data into insights about HR trends.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting projects while remaining curious and adaptable.
• Create well-researched deliverables carefully.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage several deadlines at once.
• Help shape strategies for HR transformation, skills, job redesign and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Current university student, preferably specialising in Human Resources; candidates from other backgrounds interested in HR consulting are welcome.
• Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from May 2027.
• A passion for learning about different areas of HR.
• Writing samples or project planning samples from university work are a good-to-have.
