Internal Auditor – Global Manufacturing Leader

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Internal Auditor to join the Global Internal Audit team of a leading multinational manufacturing organization. Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will lead operational audits across the region, helping to safeguard processes and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document operational audits, preparing work papers and detailed audit reports.
• Identify key controls, assess their effectiveness and highlight operational issues.
• Provide actionable recommendations and develop improvement plans for audit findings.
• Monitor opportunities to streamline or automate audit processes and enhance internal audit operations.
• Communicate audit results clearly in written reports and presentations to management.
• Travel approximately 20% to audit sites as required.

Required profile

• University degree with at least 3 years of relevant audit experience.
• Experience auditing manufacturing, semiconductor or other complex environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑starter, resourceful, proactive, confident with strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude; Big 4 experience welcomed.
