International Business Executive

About the role

Hegen is seeking an International Business Executive to drive its global expansion. You will translate the company’s growth strategy into actionable market entry plans, manage key accounts, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through research, competitor analysis and on‑the‑ground insights.
• Execute go‑to‑market plans, maintain pricing and product listings, and ensure timely market entry.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with international clients and strategic partners, providing on‑site support, demonstrations and negotiations.
• Partner with distributors to consolidate forecasts, align production and supply planning, and support new product roll‑outs.
• Maintain accurate business records, contracts and pricing agreements, and produce regular performance reports.
• Monitor brand IP and support anti‑counterfeit initiatives globally.
