International Logistics & Shipping Executive

About the role

Naari, a global pharmaceutical company focused on women’s health, is seeking an International Logistics & Shipping Executive to oversee its global freight operations. Based in Singapore, you will ensure smooth export‑import processes, accurate documentation, and cost‑effective delivery across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with 3PLs and freight forwarders to obtain quotations and prepare rate‑comparison matrices for air and sea shipments.
• Select the most efficient logistics solutions based on cost, transit time and service level.
• Prepare and review all export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, certificate of origin, AWB, BL) to achieve first‑time‑right compliance.
• Track shipments end‑to‑end, proactively resolve issues, and manage customs clearance documentation.
• Validate freight invoices against approved rates and maintain detailed shipment records.
• Generate logistics reports on freight costs, delivery performance and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in international logistics, freight management or export‑import operations.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination and analytical abilities.
