International Recruitment Manager

About the role

The International Recruitment Manager will lead enrollment and revenue growth for Kaplan’s assigned markets. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive sales initiatives, manage recruitment agents and oversee in‑country representatives to meet agreed KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market‑specific recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Manage, train and monitor recruitment agents, ensuring compliance with Kaplan’s Agent Contract and Code of Conduct.
• Identify and establish articulation agreements with partner institutions to expand recruitment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and agents, supporting promotional events and campaigns.
• Oversee in‑country representatives, conduct regular performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver high‑quality support to prospective students.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international recruitment, sales or talent acquisition.
• Strong track record of meeting enrollment and revenue targets.
• Ability to manage and coach cross‑border teams and agents.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards governing education recruitment.
