International Tax & Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an International Tax & Compliance Manager to join a leading commodities group. Reporting directly to senior tax leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate tax compliance, providing advisory support, and shaping the group’s tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and manage timely corporate tax compliance for all group entities.
• Review and optimise tax incentives and planning structures to achieve an efficient tax position.
• Provide tax advisory on business transactions, including Transfer Pricing and BEPS Pillar 2 projects.
• Monitor tax law changes, interpret regulations, and deliver guidance to the business.
• Support business units and senior management on tax‑related projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy.
• Minimum 8 years of international tax experience.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm is welcomed; in‑house experience in highly incentivised industries is preferred.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of local and global tax standards.
• Strong analytical abilities, hands‑on approach, and capacity to multitask across divisions.
