Inventory & Logistics Manager

About the role

BeeX is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Manager to oversee the movement of materials, vehicles, and equipment across its Singapore and Johor Bahru sites. You will lead the warehouse team, implement robust inventory controls, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of HAUVs and spare parts.

Key responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy, stock policies, cycle counts and stock takes across both sites.
• Set safety stock and reorder points for critical HAUV components in collaboration with Production Planner and Buyer.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team, improving receiving, storage, kitting and issuing processes.
• Plan and coordinate local and overseas shipments, manage cross‑border transport, customs documentation and freight forwarders.
• Ensure compliance with dangerous‑goods regulations for lithium batteries and maintain logistics records for audits.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of inventory, warehouse or logistics management experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership.
• Experience with international and cross‑border logistics, especially Singapore–Malaysia shipments.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods and dangerous‑goods shipping regulations.
