Inventory Management Technician – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Inventory Management Technician will oversee raw material, unfinished and finished inventory within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will ensure smooth material flow from the warehouse to the cleanroom, maintain accurate records, and support production planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage continuous flow of raw materials using accurate SAP transactions.
• Perform cleaning of materials and consumables according to cleanroom standards.
• Check, label, and inbound batch quantities of incoming materials.
• Disposition raw material, unfinished and finished inventory per requests.
• Investigate aging inventory and bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.
• Prioritise and prepare production materials.
• Support daily inventory organization and coordinate with supervisors.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new team members.
• Maintain a safe 5S workplace and adhere to cGMP, safety and company policies.
• Assist quality decisions for dispositions and report discrepancies.
• Participate in cycle‑count activities and resolve count variances.

Required profile

• Completed professional education (preferred).
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or supply‑chain environment, preferably cGMP.
• Ability to read and follow detailed procedures in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
