Investment Solutions Analyst (Junior)

About the role

Tahan Capital Management is seeking a motivated Investment Solutions Analyst to support its Business Development & Investor Relations function. The role sits at the intersection of investments, operations and investor servicing, providing a professional experience from investor engagement through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of the firm’s investment strategies, processes and risk‑management approach.
• Prepare investment solutions tailored to prospective and existing investors based on their objectives.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, investment and operations teams to gather information for investor proposals.
• Translate technical investment information into clear, investor‑friendly presentations.
• Respond to investor due‑diligence requests, RFPs and other information inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1‑2 years of experience in asset management, financial services, investor relations or business development is advantageous.
• Strong interest in financial markets and asset‑management industry.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Proactive, results‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• High integrity, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
