Investment Strategist – Private Banking (Singapore)

About the role

The Investment Strategist will partner closely with Relationship Managers to design and deliver tailored investment strategies for private banking clients in Singapore. This role combines market expertise, product knowledge, and client‑focused advisory to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide investment advisory services to private banking clients, aligning strategies with their objectives and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers during client meetings to present house views, articulate investment ideas, and develop investment proposals.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and ensure ongoing alignment with client goals.
• Generate product ideas as a subject‑matter expert and stay current on market developments.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by company management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Banking.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in investment advisory or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of investment markets, products, and strategies across equities, fixed income, alternatives, and currencies.
• Prior experience in private banking investment advisory is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bloomberg.
