Investment Support Specialist

About the role

The Investment Support Specialist joins the Investment Campaigns & Communications (IC&C) team at Julius Baer, reporting to the Head of Investment Campaigns & Communications based in Singapore. The role supports the product, sales and communication initiatives of the Global Asset Class Specialists, ensuring active risk management and compliance with regulatory and internal compliance expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the bi-weekly Morning Meeting Asia (MM Asia) and weekly Morning Meeting Middle East (MM ME), including preparation calls, scheduling, materials and summaries
• Support onsite coordination, meeting setup, presenter support and stakeholder management for MM Asia and the bi-weekly Global Advisory Committee
• Organise Lunch & Learn sessions and Webex Fund Update sessions, including room bookings, Webex setup, distribution lists, invitations, participant tracking and catering
• Support client events: EOI communications, registration, seat allocation, seating plans, stakeholder coordination and post-event administration
• Coordinate studio webcasts and video productions, including scheduling, equipment and meeting setup, and material preparation
• Provide administrative support for investment campaigns, including printing, training session scheduling and logistics
• Review the function's practices regularly to maintain efficiency and productivity
• Meet legal, regulatory and compliance standards, follow Local User Manuals and uphold standards of integrity, due care, fair dealing, conflict of interest management and risk management

Required profile

• Higher education and professional background with 2-3 years of working experience
• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Fluency in English, oral and written
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and cross-border rules and regulations
• Able to work independently and in a global team, troubleshoot quickly, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
