Investor Relations & Debt Capital Markets Manager (RM / SRM / AD)

About the role

Funding Societies | Modalku, the largest SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia, is licensed in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam and is backed by Sequoia India, Softbank Vision Fund, Khazanah and SMBC Bank. It funds SMEs through individual and institutional investors and offers payments solutions. The company is seeking a Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager or Associate Director focused on debt financing for its corporate growth and strategic initiatives. You will be the main link with capital providers, manage key relationships and lead the sales of the firm's debt instruments to Accredited Investors and High Net Worth Individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and originate debt financing leads and structure go-to-market plans
• Run investment advisory processes from start to closure, coordinating with internal teams on new clients
• Pitch and negotiate terms and pricing with new and existing clients
• Manage and grow relationships with a network of new and existing clients and act as the main point of contact for ongoing updates and service needs
• Act as an ambassador for the firm's branding and collaborate with internal teams
• Monitor compliance protocols and oversee KYC and onboarding, upholding the firm's MAS licence standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (MBA, CFA or CPA is a strong plus)
• 3-8+ years of experience in banks or financial institutions in client advisory
• Proven track record of executing AI/HNWI financial product transactions
• Knowledge of financial literacy across asset classes, capital markets and alternatives
• Relevant MAS licenses for client advisory activities
