Job description

About the role

ARCHIMED, a healthcare-focused private equity firm managing $11 billion across its funds, is looking for an Investor Relations Director in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, the Director leads the strategic direction and execution of the firm's global capital formation and LP engagement, with direct exposure to Partners and leadership, significant LP-facing responsibility and ownership of key parts of the IR function.

Key responsibilities

  • Shape fundraising strategy across flagship funds, co-investment vehicles and GP-led secondaries, including market positioning, investor segmentation and campaign sequencing.
  • Own the end-to-end production of institutional fundraising materials (PPM, DDQ, pitch decks, VDR, track record analytics) and manage the legal and structural workstreams with external counsel and service providers.
  • Act as a senior external voice, representing the firm at investor conferences, industry events and LP meetings, and building a portfolio of global LP relationships across sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, fund of funds, family offices and consultants.
  • Lead select roadshows, drive pipeline development and hold direct accountability for LP commitments and conversion metrics.
  • Oversee the IR program, including quarterly and annual fund and co-investment reporting with Finance, Impact and Investment Teams.
  • Own LP servicing (capital calls, distributions, information requests, secondary transfers) and set the standards and playbooks that scale with AUM growth.
  • Lead the Investor AGM and other flagship LP events with the Communications team, mentor junior IR team members and help build out the function.
  • Drive the co-investment program and structure and lead GP-led secondaries, continuation vehicles and other bespoke capital solutions.

Required profile

  • Senior IR professional with about 10 to 15 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising or LP coverage within private equity or alternative asset management.
  • Prior experience raising institutional capital at scale is essential.
  • Established network of institutional LP relationships across multiple geographies, able to manage complex relationships independently and turn dialogue into commitments.
  • Higher education degree in finance, economics or business administration; CFA or MBA a plus.

Required skills

  • Strong financial acumen: fund structuring, LPA terms, gross and net IRR, TVPI, DPI, PME, portfolio analytics and quantitative diligence.
  • Deep knowledge of market practice, fund terms, fee structures and the healthcare and broader PE competitive landscape.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency with IR CRM systems (Dynamo, Backstop, Altvia or similar) preferred.
