IO and Mixed Signal Design Manager

About the role

Broadcom is seeking an experienced leader to head its IO and Mixed‑Signal Design team. In this senior position you will guide a group of electrical engineers in creating high‑quality analog and mixed‑signal IP that powers a wide range of Broadcom products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Plan, execute and deliver IO and mixed‑signal projects on schedule while maintaining top‑tier quality.
• Provide technical direction on IO, ESD, latch‑up standards and resolve complex design challenges.
• Oversee the design of complex IP covering high‑speed to high‑voltage applications across all business units.
• Ensure designs meet stringent quality standards to achieve first‑time silicon success.
• Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams, including marketing, design, FA and external customers.
• Manage budget and resources efficiently, leveraging team strengths to meet business goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders while protecting Broadcom IP.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience managing electrical engineering teams.
• Strong project‑management background with a track record of delivering complex semiconductor projects.
• Deep understanding of transmitter/receiver architectures and common analog circuits.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in design practices.
