Islandwide Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Islandwide Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical services across our portfolio of properties. The role involves both preventive and corrective maintenance, responding to work orders and emergency breakdowns, and supporting the Company Emergency Response Team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned properties.
• Ensure building mechanical and electrical services operate according to specifications.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and daily inspections, recording checklists and replacing defective parts.
• Respond to work orders from tenants and management and handle emergency breakdowns per duty roster.
• Maintain compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate term contract servicing for equipment.
• Record and monitor utilities consumption and update maintenance material stock levels.
• Participate as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT).

Required profile

• Relevant NITEC qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Versatile and capable of performing carpentry tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
