IT End User Services Analyst

About the role

Join the IT End User Services team to deliver a seamless, secure, and productive digital workplace for employees. As an Analyst II, Desktop Support, you will provide both hands‑on and remote technical assistance, ensuring staff have the tools they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
• Log and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Support and maintain audio‑visual (AV) and video‑conferencing solutions in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
• Conduct readiness checks, equipment audits, and preventive maintenance for meeting rooms.
• Offer technical assistance for site events, town halls, and business meetings.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who works well across diverse groups and adheres to IT security and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of audio‑visual systems and video‑conferencing platforms.
• Experience using ITSM platforms for incident and request management.
