IT Engineer – Support, Systems & Security

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Engineer to provide end‑to‑end support for our overseas subsidiaries. You will ensure smooth daily operations, improve business applications, and help safeguard our information assets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive IT support, handling daily requests, user training, and desktop/end‑user services for international sites.
• Administer and continuously improve business application systems, manage data governance, and produce BI reports and dashboards.
• Assist in developing and enforcing information security policies, manage access controls, and support security initiatives to protect systems and data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience implementing IT application systems; CRM project experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Windows and Linux system administration.
• Familiarity with mainstream cloud platforms.
• Programming knowledge in Java.Net or Python.
• Experience with SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle databases.
• Understanding of CRM systems and BI reporting tools.
