IT Engineer – Surveillance Systems

About the role

The IT Engineer will design, install, configure and maintain integrated security and IT infrastructure solutions for our clients. You will work with CCTV, access control, visitor management and AI‑based security platforms, as well as Dell servers, NAS storage and networking equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV, access control, visitor management and AI security systems.
• Deploy and manage Dell PowerEdge servers, Synology/QNAP NAS, RAID arrays and backup solutions.
• Configure Windows Server environments, workstations, PoE switches, routers, firewalls and other network devices.
• Perform system commissioning, testing, upgrades, preventive maintenance and health checks.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, storage and network issues.
• Execute server, storage and system migrations, upgrades and data recovery tasks.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support, prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure projects meet specifications, quality standards and schedules.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or security systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
