IT Executive (AI Adoption & Digital Transformation)

About the role

The IT Executive will drive the adoption of in‑house AI tools across the organisation, helping users overcome pain points and leverage AI‑enabled solutions. You will create guidance materials, support onboarding, and ensure smooth implementation of workflow automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify user needs and recommend suitable AI‑enabled solutions.
• Develop user guides, prompt guides, playbooks and other adoption materials.
• Support onboarding, solution testing, implementation activities and gather post‑implementation feedback.
• Configure and deploy workflow automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath or similar low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Document workflows, business requirements and implementation processes to ensure compliance and sustainability.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, demonstrations and knowledge‑sharing events.
• Coordinate AI adoption projects from planning through rollout, tracking tasks, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, progress updates and post‑rollout reports.
• Promote responsible AI use by educating users on limitations, data governance and the need for human oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Digital Transformation, Education, Project Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI tools, digital transformation and workflow improvement.
• Fast learner with high adaptability and ability to acquire new technologies independently.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills for non‑technical audiences.
• User‑centric mindset with a focus on practical AI‑enabled solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath.
