IT Executive Engineer – Asset Management

About the role

The IT Executive Engineer will manage the end‑to‑end flow of IT assets in our Singapore warehouse, ensuring safe receipt, accurate tagging, and readiness for deployment. The role operates on a two‑shift rotation and requires flexibility to meet operational demands.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack and inspect incoming IT equipment, verifying quantities, serial numbers and asset tags.
• Segregate and report damaged or unidentified assets for further investigation.
• Pack IT devices using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transport or storage.
• Apply RFID tags and asset identification labels accurately, confirming readability.
• Conduct basic user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify power‑up status and baseline functionality.
• Maintain accurate warehouse checklists, asset records and update UAT/RFID status in the system.
• Support daily warehouse operations including picking, staging and dispatch of assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling IT hardware, assets, electronics or computer equipment.
• Ability to work both day and late shifts according to the roster.
• Attention to detail and strong data‑entry accuracy.
• Good physical stamina for lifting and moving equipment.

Required skills

• RFID tagging and asset identification.
• IT hardware handling and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic user acceptance testing of IT devices.
