IT Executive – First‑Level Support (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to provide first‑level technical support across a range of hardware, software and network services. The role involves assisting employees with daily IT issues, handling device onboarding and off‑boarding, and maintaining accurate asset records.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, user accounts, network, printers, LarkSuite, Google Workspace and application issues.
• Support Windows laptops/desktops, Apple MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Android devices and other office equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting – LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP verification, patching and network printer support.
• Assist with employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including device preparation, account setup, access requests and asset collection.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, tracking assignments, repairs, warranty status and replacements.
• Install approved software and identify non‑standard or unauthorized installations.
• Support basic endpoint security controls – monitor antivirus status, OS patching, device encryption and local admin rights.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Senior IT Executive or Regional IT Operations Lead.

Required profile

• Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Information Systems or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop or field support roles. Fresh graduates with strong networking fundamentals and Chinese communication skills may be considered.
• Positive service attitude and ability to work independently.
