IT Executive

About the role

The Singapore Red Cross Society is seeking an IT Executive to provide day‑to‑day IT support and manage its technology infrastructure, including computers, network devices, telephone systems and cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues to end‑users, both in‑office and remote.
• Maintain and document IT equipment, asset inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Manage network infrastructure – routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls and IoT devices – and monitor uptime.
• Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 user accounts, and use Datto and Kaseya 365 for monitoring, updates and remote assistance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• CompTIA certification(s) such as A+ is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace, firewalls and network infrastructure preferred.
