Senior IT & OT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

The Senior IT & OT Infrastructure Specialist will design, implement and manage OT security solutions for industrial environments, ensuring compliance with international standards and supporting hybrid cloud deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage OT security solutions in line with NIST, IEC 62443 and IACS UR 26/27 standards.
• Conduct security assessments and audits of OT environments, identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation.
• Develop OT Security as a Service offerings, including service packages and pricing.
• Provide technical consultation to customers and support pre‑sales activities.
• Administer Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) and endpoint systems.
• Manage network infrastructure – switches, routers, firewalls and segmentation.
• Support hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure) across on‑premise, cloud and edge.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, handle incident management and ensure high availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in OT security or network security, preferably in manufacturing, energy or utilities.
• Strong understanding of NIST, IEC 62443 and IACS UR 26/27 standards.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA.

• OT security technologies – firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanning tools.
• Network protocols – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Windows Server administration.
