IT Executive – Junior to Senior Level

About the role

We are looking for an IT Executive to join our dynamic team in Buona Vista. The role supports the design, implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure while providing end‑to‑end technical support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, monitoring and backup of IP networks and IT infrastructure, ensuring security compliance.
• Provide L1, L2 and L3 support for hardware, software and network issues, troubleshooting applications and resolving end‑user problems.
• Coordinate software updates, integrations and routine maintenance of workstations, printers and other IT equipment.
• Manage IT assets, software licences and hardware inventory, including asset tagging and network patching.
• Administer Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 and related applications.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding tasks such as email account creation, device setup and account deactivation.
• Maintain the company’s network, firewall and overall system security.
• Lead planning, execution and monitoring of major IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of IT data security principles.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
