Senior Manager – Product Development

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead our product development team, shaping product vision and ensuring alignment with business goals, market needs, and customer expectations. You will guide the team through each product lifecycle, from ideation to commercial launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that supports the company’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and manage a medium‑scale development team, handling resource allocation and project prioritisation.
• Develop business cases and manage product budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, translating insights into product improvements.
• Conduct market research, identify partnership opportunities, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; MBA or business‑related background preferred.
• 7‑10 years of product development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, product strategy, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with mixed‑reality environments (VR, AR, MR) and large‑scale, complex projects.
• Background in machine learning, AI, large language models, or related simulation technologies.
