IT Manager – Full Stack Developer

About the role

Join HL Bank Singapore as an IT Manager and Full Stack Developer, leading the design, development and maintenance of web applications that power our banking services. You will work across the full technology stack to deliver high‑quality, secure solutions for internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code and maintain features for existing web applications using C#/.NET on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular or Vue) on the frontend.
• Identify, debug and resolve application bugs, performance bottlenecks and technical debt across the entire code stack.
• Write efficient T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and manage database migrations in MS SQL Server.
• Translate user requirements into functional application features and ensure they meet business needs.
• Perform unit, integration, functional and non‑functional testing to guarantee software quality.
• Maintain development standards, stay current with emerging technologies and enrich the backlog with detailed incident reports.

• Experience in testing, debugging and performance optimisation.
