IT Manager – Senior Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology function across our manufacturing and food production operations in Jurong West, Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring system stability, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, maintain network, server, security and cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Design and implement IT solutions that meet business needs, including ERP and productivity tools.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies, manage identity and access controls.
• Lead system development projects from planning through post‑implementation support.
• Manage external vendors to ensure quality, cost control and timely delivery.
• Support digital transformation with local and global teams and promote effective use of Microsoft 365.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft 365 app development.
• Proven vendor management and project implementation experience.

Required skills

• IT infrastructure management (network, servers, security, cloud).
