IT Manager – Website, AI & Digital Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Manager to lead the maintenance, development and digital transformation of our technology landscape. You will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, website platforms and AI initiatives to support all business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, hardware, software and network services.
• Administer and enhance the ERP system and catering-specific applications.
• Maintain and develop all corporate websites and digital platforms.
• Lead AI implementation and broader digital‑transformation projects.
• Identify manual processes for automation and develop AI solutions for sales, operations, kitchen, finance, HR and customer service.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, regular backups and system resilience.
• Provide IT support, training and vendor management.
• Research and introduce new technologies that drive business growth.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Fast‑paced, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work within structured SOPs and KPI frameworks.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
