IT Project Manager – Financial Markets

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead initiatives across financial markets, driving technology improvements, AI, automation and data analytics within front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from planning through delivery, including business and regulatory initiatives.
• Drive technology improvements across financial markets and front‑office operations.
• Identify opportunities for AI, GenAI, automation and data analytics.
• Coordinate business, technology and control teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, risks, governance and stakeholder reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in financial services or management consulting.
• Hands‑on IT project management experience, preferably in financial markets or equities.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, technology delivery and system integration.
• Familiarity with AI, GenAI, automation or data analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
