IT Project Senior Analyst, Assistant Vice President

About the role

Citi is recruiting an IT Project Senior Analyst (Assistant Vice President) in Singapore, within the International Technology Regulatory Governance and Oversight function. The role supports Legal Entity governance across International Technology, mainly by preparing materials for senior management and governance reporting, handling regulatory queries and planning, and supporting the international regulatory individual accountability regimes for technology. It also acts as a key interface with geographical and legal entity partners on key priorities, projects, risks, controls, regulatory initiatives and audits.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project team activities, identify needed resources and develop schedules to meet deadlines.
• Verify adherence to controls, risk implementations, standards and process changes.
• Determine the scope and impact of project risks and issues, raise and resolve them.
• Contribute to planning, budget management and procedure formulation, and influence resource planning.
• Influence decisions through advice and counsel, and communicate diplomatically with internal and external parties.
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance with laws, rules and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently.
• Coach and train new recruits and take on informal or formal leadership roles within teams.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT/technology project management or project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading and driving projects, including coordinating teams, timelines, resources, risks and issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience of regulatory governance requirements; experience providing materials for formal Board meetings or regulators is an advantage.
