IT Support Analyst

About the role

Join Marex's IT team in Singapore to provide desktop and infrastructure support across APAC and globally, operating within a Follow‑the‑Sun model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to users locally, across APAC and globally as needed.
• Assist global teams with server and network infrastructure maintenance.
• Manage regional IT projects and the overnight global support process.
• Maintain documentation and act as the local representative for the Global IT Service Desk.
• Work shift schedules aligned with UK daylight‑saving hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within banking or finance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server technologies, Active Directory, and Atera Desktop Central.
• Experience with trading system support (e.g., CQG, Fidessa) and Cloud9 is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow ITIL processes, manage incidents, and adhere to security and regulatory policies.
