IT Support, Data & Analytics – Technology Consulting (3-month contract)

About the role

Join EY's Data & Analytics (DnA) team in Singapore to provide essential IT support for daily system and batch operations. You will work on a 24 × 7 shift schedule, ensuring that critical services remain available and that batch jobs run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily system performance and batch processes.
• Ensure all required system services are up and running.
• Activate batch jobs and verify successful execution.
• Perform basic diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Follow the assigned shift schedule, including night shifts for production support.
• Escalate problems to team leads promptly.
• Generate regular reports on batch status.

Required profile

• Diploma in IT, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Willingness to commit to a 3‑month contract (renewal subject to project needs).
• Comfortable with shift work, including night shifts.
• Experience engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver reliable support.

Required skills

• Tableau (dashboarding experience – advantage).
• Power BI (dashboarding experience – advantage).
