IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to deliver on‑site and remote technical assistance to our end‑users. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues while maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support for Windows workstations, servers and related peripherals.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, operating systems and networking.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support client computer systems, including patch management and file‑server administration.
• Configure and administer Active Directory, Office 365 and Microsoft Intune environments.
• Manage IT assets and perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
• Document incidents and solutions in accordance with ITSM processes.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar support role, preferably within a systems integration environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
