IT Support Executive

About the role

The company is seeking an IT Support Executive to provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance for its enterprise applications. The role involves troubleshooting, user access management, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth operation of critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP S/4HANA, Freshdesk, Servigistics and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot application issues, manage user access and liaise with vendors for technical support.
• Monitor application performance and suggest system improvements.
• Support data extraction, reporting and dashboard maintenance using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud and SQL.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, system implementations and end‑user training.
• Manage small‑scale IT projects and maintain system documentation, SOPs and support ticket records.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise application support, preferably with SAP S/4HANA.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA, Freshdesk, Servigistics, Microsoft 365.
• Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SQL.
• ITSM tools, SharePoint.
