IT Support Specialist - Cargospot Helpdesk

About the role

Cargospot is the main and most critical system of the group, used by most of its subsidiaries worldwide. As a member of the holding's IT team, you will join the team responsible for supporting users in their daily work with the system. The position is based in Singapore on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional assistance to Cargospot users wherever they are located
• Record, answer, follow up and close incidents and requests, and escalate serious issues while liaising with CHAMP, the provider
• Follow up with entities in your timezone (weekly) and contribute to newsletters and information notices
• Produce and maintain training, technical and functional documentation
• Take part in test campaigns for new releases and support users
• Support entity configuration, including initial set-up and weekly data uploads (e.g. schedules or rates)
• Contribute to cross-functional IT projects and cover the general helpdesk during your timezone shift

Required profile

• 2 years of experience
• Organization, method, autonomy, customer relations and teamwork
• Fluent English, spoken and written; a second language is an advantage
• Initial knowledge of freight in the airline industry is a plus
