Java Architect – Senior Contract Role

About the role

The client is seeking a senior Java Architect to lead technical design and delivery of identity governance solutions across Singapore. You will act as a thought leader, own end‑to‑end architecture, and mentor junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Drive innovation and provide technical ownership for client engagements.
• Design, deploy and integrate Saviynt Identity Governance solutions with critical applications and infrastructure.
• Develop connectors to various source and target systems and platforms.
• Conduct technical workshops, gather requirements and provide weekly status updates.
• Provide technical oversight to mid‑level and junior consultants and train them on Saviynt and IAM technologies.
• Support pre‑sales activities, create proofs of concept and respond to RFPs.
• Debug, research and resolve technical issues in collaboration with product engineering.
• Document design, testing and lifecycle processes following approved methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in design, development, customization, configuration and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products.
• Proven experience in user lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, auditing and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
