About the role
This position offers a junior lawyer the chance to join the Funds team of an international law firm. You will work alongside experienced lawyers on a variety of fund‑related matters, gaining practical exposure and building a solid foundation in this specialised area.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers on a range of Funds transactions and related legal work.
- Conduct legal research and draft documents pertinent to fund structures.
- Support the team in client interactions and project coordination.
- Develop expertise in Funds law through hands‑on experience.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer in Singapore, New York, or England & Wales.
- Newly qualified (NQ) to two years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong transactional training or experience.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in Funds.
