Junior Business Analyst APAC

About the role

A global engineering, construction and maintenance services provider is growing in the APAC region and, through its partner Timeo-Performance, is hiring a Business Analyst (APAC) based in the Singapore regional office. The role supports the APAC Business Expert with financial data management, business reporting and information systems coordination across Asia-Pacific business units.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and analysing financial data using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query)
• Help prepare monthly and quarterly reports, budget trackers and cost summaries
• Support reconciliation and documentation tasks
• Maintain and design BI dashboards and reports, gather reporting needs and ensure data accuracy and timely refreshes
• Provide basic ERP support such as user access, data entry and testing, and help document processes
• Prepare materials for finance meetings and internal reviews, and support ad-hoc analysis requests
• Support internal control and compliance activities

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, finance support or systems coordination
• Good communication and organisational skills, strong teamwork and willingness to learn

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with SAC or other BI tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP or similar) is desirable
