Junior Change Management Project Manager (1-Year Fixed-Term)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Change Management / Project Support professional to join a leading insurance organisation on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract. The position offers hands‑on experience in insurance transformation projects, covering end‑to‑end change delivery and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end internal change management delivery, including impact analysis and readiness planning.
• Engage stakeholders, develop communication plans and mobilise change agents.
• Coordinate training, enablement activities and track progress against milestones.
• Manage scope and apply the standardised change framework across one or multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure consistent delivery of change work while adhering to project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5‑7 years of experience in change management and project management.
• Background in banking, operations, PMO, business support or coordination.
• Interest in transformation initiatives and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Open to contract opportunities to rebuild industry exposure.
