About the role
We are seeking a Junior Change Management / Project Support professional to join a leading insurance organisation on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract. The position offers hands‑on experience in insurance transformation projects, covering end‑to‑end change delivery and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end internal change management delivery, including impact analysis and readiness planning.
- Engage stakeholders, develop communication plans and mobilise change agents.
- Coordinate training, enablement activities and track progress against milestones.
- Manage scope and apply the standardised change framework across one or multiple projects concurrently.
- Ensure consistent delivery of change work while adhering to project timelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5‑7 years of experience in change management and project management.
- Background in banking, operations, PMO, business support or coordination.
- Interest in transformation initiatives and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Open to contract opportunities to rebuild industry exposure.
