Junior Executive – Operations & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Executive to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our automated car‑wash facility in Ang Mo Kio. The role blends operational oversight, financial management and team leadership to ensure smooth service delivery and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise automated and manual wash processes, coordinate site activities and schedule regular equipment maintenance.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, track daily cash flow and receipts, and develop initiatives to boost revenue.
• Recruit, train and manage staff, create shift rosters and set performance targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, maintaining high service standards across all operating hours.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business administration, retail or automotive/car‑wash management.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting car‑wash machinery.
