About the role
We are looking for a Junior Fashion Designer to join Love, Bonito’s Design team. You will help translate global trends into wearable collections that empower women, working from concept through to finished product.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct trend research and translate insights into design concepts.
- Create sketches, mood boards and detailed tech packs.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers and fit teams during fittings.
- Manage the end‑to‑end creation process for assigned styles.
- Support the scaling of the Design department by contributing ideas and process improvements.
Required profile
- Passion for women’s fashion and a strong sense of style.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.
