About the role

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team at Progressive Builders. The role involves supporting tender preparation, cost planning and contract administration for projects on Jurong Island.

Key responsibilities

Prepare tender documents, cost plans and budget estimates.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties.
Value progress claims and variation orders.
Handle post‑contract administration duties related to quantity surveying.
Perform other contract administration tasks as required.

Required profile

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of pre‑ and post‑tender administration.
Experience managing subcontractors.
Ability to work five days per week on‑site.

Required skills

Proficiency with Glodon measurement software (preferred).

What we offer

Permanent contract.
Competitive monthly salary range SGD 2,900 – 4,500.
