Junior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Senoko, Singapore. The role involves managing cost estimates and contracts for aluminium façade and glazing projects, ensuring projects stay on budget and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, valuations, and financial reports for aluminium façade and glazing projects.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
• Provide technical and commercial advice to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure work complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project completion on time and within budget.
• Identify ways to reduce costs and improve work processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, preferably in aluminium façade and glazing projects.
• Good understanding of construction methods, contract administration, and cost management.
• Familiarity with local construction industry regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage deadlines.
