Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client hiring needs to coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with clients to capture team requirements, project needs, and hiring expectations.
• Source candidates via job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, career goals, and role fit.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates through professional communication.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships through market outreach.
• Provide market insights such as salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability.
• Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in the internal system.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, business development, or client‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
