About the role

Join Gravitas' Singapore recruitment team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, handling the full end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for clients in insurance, financial services and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Market job openings on public platforms and promote them to candidates.
• Source, screen and interview CVs, and conduct reference checks.
• Perform market mapping, headhunting and candidate business development.
• Negotiate salaries and contracts with candidates and clients.

Required profile

• Sales or recruitment experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Target‑driven mindset with willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
